How do I track my order?
You will be informed by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can then use our order tracking page to track your order in real time using the tracking number contained in the email.
If, for some reason, you can't track your order, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll sort it out for you!
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at shopskaadi@gmail.com
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it. In such cases, you may need to follow our return process once the item has been delivered.
